Its Not a new thing!

The Difference between "Christ"...when christians speak of "THE CHRIST"

I.e. Jesus the prophet/avatar.

and Christos.
(anointed initiate of The Sacred Ancient Mysteries)

Which..the "Jesus"
undoubtedly was!

There are many "Christos" in the world today....

This is very interesting as I believe myself that Jesus existed but as a Master not the Christian's belief or version of him. You are right about the Gnostics, I have a few friends that are and I was very surprised at what their beliefs were. The Essenes practiced the Circulation of the Light which Alchemists practice. It is almost as if everything is coming full circle but not how we envision it. Everything is connected some way and if we look hard enough we will see it. I myself am not a Christian but can see all sides and am always open to new perspective, it is what makes us all different but yet in some way the same. Excellent post.

I'm sorry, i tried to read your post, accentuating in my mind, each word which was spelled with a capital letter and I must say, it reads like an evangelical sermon. Maybe if you add a note about Who you are trying to convert, then the right people will find the links.

Now I did not see it that way. I felt the poster was just excited about his knowledge. Sometimes we are so happy about info we have found that we can not wait to share it. I did not see it as ego at all just someone who had a lot to say. I can be pretty crazy sometimes as being an Atheist I get inpatient with sermons, but frankly did not see it that way at all.
