I have been attempting reaching the astral for some few years, but outside of suspicions of having been their through dreams, I do not believe I have truly reached that state of mind and spirit. I have however, reached a semi-constant state with a loved one (fiance of 4 years) where each of us, despite being separated by any distance, can near fully feel the touch of one another. For example, a simple embrace, a kiss, and such things one would expect a couple to do. The distance between us, can be anything from a couple miles or less, to several countries away (I had done a tour in Afghanistan recently), with little to no effect on how strong either of us experience it.
Honestly, I'm not sure what to classify this as. Originally, little over ten years ago, I had he concept, and drive to attempt this with another loved one. A simple embrace when I felt she needed to know I was there for her, or to comfort her whenever. Never even thought about what it was, outside of a loving gesture, and has since become a constant in my life, though in the last couple years, has grown exponentially both in strength and versatility in use. There does seem to be a limitation. I've only been able to extend it to those I have a deep emotional attachment to.
Any thoughts, or ideas?
