Just bring it up casually in a conversation, like "by the way, I am a satanist" and tell her she has no reason to be scared.

just explain that it really is not as bad as people led it to be and if she has an open mind show her some web pages on satanist but the one that tell what it really is not the so called christion one (yes i can say that cause i am batized in the christion ways but just taking a diffrent path and truned my back on it). i hope she has an open mind to let you go on your chosen path but reasure her that satanism is not all bad cause it is not i know this. she will understand if you tell her the good parts about it cause their is.

Before you tell her anything find out what her beliefs are about satan. She might think you sacrifice babies or some other bizzare practice. Then when you know her beliefs you can steer the converstaion onto a level where she is not so fearful.

Otherwise, if its all to hard, or to late, find another girlfriend who is more understanding !
