Does anyone know a word or sentence that could, by the meaning of vibration bring harm on someone?I don't know, maybe influiencing his subconstient or creating a change in his aura, or...something.Something in hebrew as, as I understand, the words in this language create that vibration, and also they cannot be understood by the great majority of people.Also what should someone visualize during this?I know the "everything you do comes back to you thrice" despite the fact that I don't believe in it and I asure you that the reason for my asking is purely defensive...as in an offense is the best defense.

Ok a verbal sigil work just like a normal sigil difference being that is verbal a jumbled up phrase of your intent rather than on paper. You repete either vocal or in your mind you could also visulise your intent (or target) whiles repeating it.

I would really think twice about curses though there not really something to be taken lightly. Not for reasons involving 3 fold or anything like that just If you don't know what your doing you could be playing with fire.

What has forced you to think that a curses is the best way anyways?

Just curse at them in german. Say something like "verpiss dich!" or "wec, schlamper!" german is a very old and sometimes very offensive language. Or say in Ouranian, "taxchazi" which means shut up or be gone. Then there is the good old F**k YOU! The geman version of this is " fick dich". That should work.

I had a cursing incense and I suddenly had a vision of laying on the ground outside although I was inside, and a nasty enemie's face/idiot's face appeared in the sun, just like in teletubbies, that tv show marketed to babies. That was some kind of synthetic monster disrupting the human bioelectric field for example, and thats where he ended up.
its good to tell someone off, its low magic, but cursing can also like anything like that must be used with real intent, and not anything stupid as you could render yourself useless/psychically defrocked
