i havent slept in a day but i am afraid too after what happen last night. what happen last night:
i was watching a movie and i felt a presence that was very very very strong. i heard my things get knocked down on the floor even a howeling noises on top of me also i have stretches on my forehead and back and my neck felt very cold he said something in my ear. he said, "its time my child you are wanted i must have you. if i cant have you i will kill you." i couldnt breathe i felt like i was being stringled and i had blacked out and i was shacking really really bad i couldnt scream or cry for help. i tried telepathnicly to communicte to what it was and get my spirit to go to another spirit that would help but she couldnt. she was too weak locked down in chains not able to move or break free. i have banished him once but he is back again i dont know why someone please tell me what should i do?

Did you try any of the things I recommended? If you can locate him, you can get him and if push came to shove you would win. Do you smoke? Find him and light up, and it will stab his spirit. Or you can eat him...

I've had some experience in this area. I create a mental barrier around the area, such as my entire room, so the spirit cannot enter. However, it works by strength of will, so you must be confident enough and not falter if he attempts to knock it down. Imagine a shield encompassing everything and also its strength. Closing your eyes and picturing it in your mind helps. Good luck :) I know how scary this can be.

When he cames next time use the beast inside,gather all your rage ,hate anger and channel it into a wild creature(i imagine a wolf) and feed that creature with rage and your energy and picture it ripping apart that entity,let the beast loose and feel it's power and anger as it rips apart the entity.

Actually, I would be careful with openly violent acts such as that, ocultlove47. Whatever seems to be targeting him is using violence. Returning violence with violence might only entice or even make him stronger, which I really do not think chanel wants. If you do want to destroy him, however, I recommend doing so calmly.
