I found this site a few days ago, and have found some pretty good spreads so far. There's a pretty good selection here.

Umbrae's Relationship Spread, and the Spread for making a choice are pretty interesting and effective. I'd like to do the one of the full readings that they have on their as well one day, but I'd need to put in a good deal of time.
