One thing I have noticed that increses your psychic brute strength is to skip meals. Also, smoking, eating snickers, drinking soda, eating salt (but not chips) and black metal music do this. Oh, yes, and sleep deprivation. Any thoughts?

The only thought which comes to my mind is sleep deprivation, smoking more, eating less, eating more of junk food; all combined can cause serious damage to heallth.
I sleep only for 6 hrs a day, have been doing for 5 months now, its called biphasic sleep. But in biphasic sleep your hunger increases. I have not just read it but have experienced it. If i eat a light meal now, I will be hungry in the next 90 mins. In a way, food subsititues my sleep. That is one more reason why I think that all the above things combined can be injurious to health.
Of all the things you listed, I would only like to try sleep deprivation, i have been looking it up on google but haven't been able to find any info about it .. about a sleep deprivation schedule, how many days should i deprive myself of sleep etc. But sleep deprivation can be obviously harmful if not done properly or if overdone.
However if all that suits you then I guess nothing wrong with it.

If your reading this then eating less is healthy for you. Look up Low-calorie or restricted-calorie diet. Animals that eat very little but enough to live always live way longer than well fed ones. As long as they are able to keep clean and disease free.

I heard about it in scientific american if your looking mroe info.

Sleeping 6 hours a night had been shown to be better for long term health than 8 in some studies. And way more than 9 or more. Although sleeping 4 or less like i often do is worse than them all. But along with high caffeine intake, increases you ability to see ghosts.

There is like a million articles on this.

I would say sleep deprivation for the most part, but it would have to be like 40 hours+. Unless you are already sleep deprived. One thing i learned about sleep deprivation while sleeping 0-2 hours a day for long periods of time. Is that it gets a lot easier, and you start looking like death.
