Pains

Uhm, everytime i attempt to contact my spirit guide after it always results in a stabbing pain around the middle of my forehead close to my eyes. The pain goes to my ears, and then to my belly. It's not fun, but its almost a relief pain. I dont know how to explain it, but has anyone experienced this before ?

I used to get nosebleeds from a certain meditation. Sometimes pains from several different ones. Usually it's cause you not doing something the right way. At least that's what I think, I don't have those problems anymore. I really hope VIRAL isn't right about the tumor thing? Most of those problems were years ago. I'd just keep working through it if i were you. Maybe the pain means your doing it right!!!
