I really need some advices about how to fully remember a dream,especially names, i had a very weird dream last night and it was so real and i think that those names meant something .

Next time dont move a muscle when you wake up and just take the time to remember your dream before you move. You could also try remembering it as you go to sleep the next night because it can sometimes just pop back into your head at that stage.
