I'm not sure about the regional releases of it.

I just saw it on netflix.

Anyways, it's about a dead lama and the disciple charged with finding the reincarnation of the lama. It is really well done. It shows very well the human aspect of the ordeal and the surprising happenings on the journey. Some really compelling evidence for reincarnation in my mind is shown in this film.

It is a documentary by the way.
