How do I find out who sent a curse?

I've been thinking about this for some time, and I'm convinced that based on several types of events going on in my life over the past few years, that I'm under some curse or influence of "black magic".

I think it's even interfering in any spiritual practices I've attempted, from prayer to meditation. I need to get rid of the destructive influences, but I'm curious: how do I go about finding out where it came from?

Id recommend just getting rid of it, denying the curses existance and its effect on you and reflecting it to the person who sent it to you, back to the source. If asking the guide doesnt work, you can find it out via your dreams or any kind of divination.

There are two kinds of curses.

One that affects you personally... through your energy.
The other affects your higher self.

If one is affecting your energy... it is a matter of drawing that energy out or finding it within yourself... of cleansing one's being. If you're good at reading energy then you should be able to know who might have cursed you.

The other kind I can't help you with.

I would suggest to try shilding and banishing first and then try and work out where it's coming from...Get yourself safe, then work out the next step...

I want to thank you all for your advice. I tried a few methods. Two of them did not work out for me - I could not get into deep enough of a trance state to even get close to seeing an answer. I ended up having to resort to automatic writing to get anywhere fast, even though I've had problems with the accuracy of information I received for years.

I did take precautions. The information I got from this was kind of interesting, but I'm taking it with a grain of salt until I can see enough things manifest. The source apparently came from two people related to a former friend I wasn't too interested in beyond friendship (and if I remember correctly, I did tell her not long after meeting her the first time that I did have an interest in someone else as far as relationships were concerned, but I guess I should've kept my mouth shut). I was also told that the attacks were worked from without instead of from within - meaning they couldn't get much success in changing my attitude or behavior, so they started "using" other people in derailing my agenda for my own life as punishment for resistance. If all of the information I received from my spirit guides is true, then it would probably make perfect sense, since some people who know me have described me as "strong willed".

This morning, I did get help in unraveling this mess. Cords between me and the two culprits were cut, as well as between me and the former friend. I heard about possible retaliatory measures, but they were warned either by my guardian or someone else to back off. And so far, I feel different. Nothing big, but at least I don't have to get messages and images encouraging (read: "forcing") me to start a relationship with someone I still don't feel interested in getting too close to. I did want to apologize to her two years ago for an insulting letter I sent her many years before, and even started a novena for a time for that purpose, but even when I was trying my best to live as a Catholic I had no need for going beyond an apology, unless she was willing to be friends and nothing more. It did feel weird thinking about her so much; just like I felt "uncomfortable" at times when I was around her almost 20 years ago, I still got that feeling when I see images of her through my third eye up until today. I'll have to see why later when things settle down.

Not much else to do at the moment, other than to watch my back and to see what happens when I start pursuing my own agenda again.

I will definitely have to practice reading energy. I have had trouble with certain skills because for some reason they've been blocked after I've discovered them. I think this is one of them.

I didn't know curses can affect the higher self. How is this possible, and are those types really that difficult to remove?

if a person comes in mi mind all the time a rival...and i have bad dreams...my hair falls...could it be possible that she cursed me?how can i turn it back?
