Brotherhood of Satan?

What are your thoughts on it?
To me it sounds like a cult.

I was just wondering if anyone else had heard of this group if they are supposed to be so big. I came upon them because Ordo Luciferi became ''The Brotherhood of Satan''... but anything claiming it is the oldest of anything and then saying it has knowledge beyond blah blah blah but doesn't give me any of that info in order to entice me reminds me of a scam/cult.
