My magick don't work

I have tried alot of magical operations but they don't work.
Forexample i have tryed to evokate af spirit (demon) og tell it what i want but i did not get my desire. What can be the reasons if magick don't work?

perhaps you are trying to hard. what demon are you interested in?


I tried to evoke a demon called Bael i found in the book Goetia (lesser key of salomon) and i have tried to evoke the 4 prince of hell (Lucifer, Satan, Leviathan and Belial).

When summoning demons, just because you don't see it or it doesn't happen right away, or even if it doesn't work out the way you planned, doesn't mean it didn't work. Just be firm and confident in your summoning and what you're wanting done and know that it will be done and that's really all you need. Sometimes these things take time, so just be patient.

keep practicing banishing and meditation, evocation can be tough. I started working in the astral first, just meeting whoever I met, that made things a lot easier.

You clearly didn't bother to read grimoires attentively, because you would know that you can't give charge to the demon if he didn't manifest. Doing so will lead to disaster, because you can't control him.
Don't concern yourself with new-age nonsense like banishings and visualization, you have to approach a grimoire with understanding of grimoire tradition. Do you have all tools required by Goetia?

I have always done things the way that felt right personally. Though went against the "correct" method of summonings and evocations, i still had more success than i could have hoped for. For example, I evoked abraxas, with nothing dark, almost no psychodrama either. I merely used a plain white candle bathed in the light of the full moon and a crudely drawn pentagram. When he manifested I almost crapped my pants....the energy surging through me was intense. I did piss him off though, because I stopped in the middle of Him speaking to me and blew out the candle and told him he had to leave. Now i have a gate to hell in my closet, where i did the summoning. I can't get it to close for the life of me...Done several banishings, lesser and greater, had the house smudged even...probably why you don't walk out on a demon....

Depends what you mean by manifestation though. A manifestation does not need to be a full figure but can take the form of sound, light, etc

If you are not getting any results you have to look at why that might be the case.

Some reasons for failure:

Lust of result
Badly formulated will
Wrong method
Timing, astrological and elemental tides, etc

There is also the possibility that success appears in a form that you do not expect, hence you don't recognise it.
