Prahlad Jani - The 74 Year fast

Not an error in the title, Jani has gone without food or water for 74 years.

Scientists have conducted observations over his every movement and conclude that he is telling the truth after not passing urine or stool during the observation. I think this feat is amazing and could well solve starvation if kept out of the hands of moneygrabbers.

So the body doesn't need sustenance, it just wants it?

Do you think its a genetic mutation or something achieved by this man? (at age 8 mind you)

Also have you fasted and for how long?

He looks pretty healthy to me, infact he looks great for someone in their 80s.

He must have a special body, with regeneration powers, his brain could have a glitch that would cause certain things possible, or he could be special. Most of us wouldnt resist two months.

Ive done it for 8 days, and after the fifth day i was getting used to it, and wondering if i wanted to start eating again. The problem is, i was getting sleepy, low blood pressure etc...:/
