Does anyone have some pointers to astral projection im having some trouble and im not sure what it is i try to get relaxed and i useually can except for my neck and shoulders. and i fail to feel a conciousness shift. only felt vibrations once for about 5 seconds and also only felt a change in conciuosness shift once for about 2 seconds
