Hi, I recently came up with this protection technique and its worked for me and thought i'd share it here to see if it worked for the rest of you.
Visualize two balls of blue fire in your left and right hands. Turn round three times slowly and see the fire trail behind, creating a circle, then, push out with your hands and see the fire flowing out around you, creating a barrier.
