welcome and have a nice stay. people here will surely help you. as for starters you may start reading Psychic Self-Defence by Dion Fortune. it the beginners book in the modern occult. it tells about things that can go wrong when one is dealing with the occult and how one can protect him/her self. i my self am starter. so i tell you that you should start reading that book.
