when i try to astral project i relax and get close to feeling very relaxed and my breathing falls into rythme i am awake and it changes and i become aware of it and it loses it patteren waking me up! how do i fix it. also the other day i was trying to astral project and i was an images appear but get bigger then stay in my mind but the image was dark and it looked like an house.
