I recently read a book containing a different way to "re-energize". He described it as a tube basically replacing your physical spine, or running along it. In his description the author talked about capping it off at the end of several moments of flowing energy through in the direction from above you. I am having an issue with visualizing it being contained within the tube. It continues time and time again wanting to complete the journey through my body, and out my feet. Is this an easy fix? Is there a better method for beginners? I am learning control, but am very new to most of this!
