Lucid dreaming & moon phases

I have begun to realize that my most vivid, lucid dreams occur around the full moon. Usually my dreams the day before, during, and after the full moon are the most intense I have.

I think my dreams may also be intense whenever there is a change in the moon phase for e.g quarter moon but this I am not sure about & will have to verify from my dream logs.

Anyway, is there anything I can do, & as nonsensical as it may sound, to sort of "create such a condition as if there was a full moon?"

I would like to have mroe than jsut 4 lucid dreams a month.

The technique I follow is to write before sleeping-

"I am awake as I enter the sleep state."

on the night of a full moon do some cord magick in which you draw down the power of the moon into a knot thereby being able to release it by undoing the knot on another day.
