Experiance with levitation

Hello, i'm new to this particular forum but have been around the internet/occult community a few years (occultforums.com.... etc.)


Anyhow, i just wanted here from anyone else who has had experiences with levitation.
In my experience it has strictly been in the arena of exorcism.
I was just curious if others may have experienced this in other settings, rituals, systems, blah blah blah. Or if that kind of thing tends to stay in the demon/hierarchy possession category? So far, i havn't heard of it coming from any other end.

Hmmmm. Other than exorcisms i havent experienced levitation but i do very frequently experiance my bed shaking. but a friend i look up to in spiritual matters told me to pay attention when that happens and to ask, basically; god, what do you want? Shes quite privy to demons so i guess i was a little suprised when she said to acknowledge and listen and that it is probably just god trying to grab my attention. SHe has experience with levitation too.
Its interesting to here about it in another type of setting.

You said it feels disconcerting to you, would you be willing to describe in what manner it is disconcerting exactly?

No demons: not even daemons. Just plain folk.
I've taken part in the whole teen-age party game, "Light as a feather", and with great success.
Also, I experimented with the idea that, as we fly in dreams, we may be tapping in to a mental model for energy manipulation for metaphysical flight. How many times have you woken with a BOUNCE, as well as a start?
I simply took the dream sensations, and super-imposed them in real world experience, Using this as a model for energy flow within & through the body.
It worked GREAT!
...until I panicked, thinking about how I would land.
I was able to reduce my weight to the point where I was leaving 2-3 cm deep footprints in fresh snow-drifts.
I call it "Pulling a Legolas", alla LOTR: Fellowship.

...and I have a friend, locally, who, when "Deep Trance-ing", get's phenomenal RSPK (Random, Spontaneous Psychokinesis). Her kids are used to it, but it freaks-out their friends when the table's floating.

:) Levitation, never really seems to have much utility other than for lame things. So why does it even happen? Oh well...

Hmm, the 'no issue' is that its not at all hard to find out how this or that person became capable of levitation, its just they don't seem to have anything to use for it... but then again, it is a self-defeating human statement since there are plenty aspects even on oneself that are fairly useless.

We could actually do a sitcom on this. I sometimes feel I am in a sci fi comedy.

Hahaha, lets pitch it! (my boyfriend is a director in the tv/film industry, and if he could get wind of this)...
then again, such a premise would probably be a bit ahead of its time right now.....maybe in 2-3 years, perhaps? We just have to be careful that the competition doesn't gain ahead of us. shhhh.


In regards to levitation being useless....
uuuuuuuuuuuuuh... I think firstly were missing out on the obvious "holy ****" factor, among others. I mean, why look into science, or physics, or the occult for that matter, they all seem pretty useless anyway. :D

One night long ago when in the throws of a VERY powerful energy-growth ritual focused on the powers of Mercury. I stood up and I DID feel myself lift off the ground an inch or so, then just as suddenly, a flash of purple light hit me like a hard right hook and I fell down, completely limp.

The focus of the ritual was to further empower myself as the case may be.
Ever since then, when I stretched I would release a shockwave of energy that would knock me on my ass. ( with the purple light thing ) This went on for QUITE a long time, until I started strength training and could better control my energy.

This further enhanced my theory that the size of the body is equal to the amount of energy the body can store 'round the clock (For instance, a large person like myself would be able to hold more amounts of energy within their body than someone half my size)
though this doesn't apply to how much energy a person can GATHER in ritual, just the amount they store inside themselves when in a normal state of mind.

But yes, that was my experience with levitation, I was unready for it- but it was one hell of a ride. I was high for the next few minutes on excitement alone.
