Last week I had two astral projections and in one of them I was in a playing ground full with children. Interesting part is that I felt the vibrations as strong as when meditating ... I tried to lift my hands to charge a seal drawing with energy in the air but in that moment I started floating and I couldn't focus on the seal. I dropped the idea and I decided to get a little walk in the park. And here comes the problem: I move like I am made of glue in slow motion and I did not get too far.
