    Post Disturbances

Ok, so I am very new to astral projection. Well should I say new to how to ingage the application of it. I think I have been naturally doing some projections all my life. I have been studying many different systems in which to actually take the journey. Here's the problem, I went to bed last night really tired and didn't want to do anything with projecting my consciousness but upon falling asleep I am again conscious, fully aware of the room and vibrating. I then tell myself that I do not want to project. The vibrating subsides alittle but I can still feel it around me, then a peculiar thing happens I'm back in my body fully, and in my minds eye I can see pitch black.. but then different forms (maybe waves) of color are emanating through the blackness before actually (falling) back to sleep. I have been in sort of a forced (projection) alot of times but never seeing the blackness with the borealis type color effect. Any insight on this would be helpful thanks.

I get the color thing a lot regardless of what I'm doing. Most people I've talked to told me it was a side effect of visual work in general. I prefer shamanic trance to astral projection but it doesn't matter too much in terms of the colors. I've also had them happen after or during a third eye meditation many times. nothing to really worry about unless it gets a lot worse.

Opening the crown chakra may help because if energy builds up in the third eye it can create excess hallucinatory noise.

    Thumbs up

Oh! I have been studying about the uses of Tattvas and did some practicing with them days before. It never occurred to me that this maybe the cause. Thanks a ton.

Hearing the noises and feeling the vibrations are normal as far as I can tell because this happens frequently when I project. The eye movement may be because your body triggered a type of REM stage, though this is usually only occuring when you are at about 90 minutes of sleep. Going from 10 minutes and increasing in time with each recurring REM stage.
