Default Time controll a scientific approach to magick.

Einstein said that everything is relative. Time moves more slowly in
deep space than on earth. If one were to circle the earth in the
opositte direction of its rotation on would gain 0,0001 of a second.
The experiance of time is influenced by circonstances. If we are bord
time seems to move more slowly. And if we are arroused it sems to
speed up. But during a rush of adrenalin time can seem to crawl to a
staggering hault. Recall how pepole faced with mortal perril see their
lives flash in reveiew. Or if you fall off a bike, you acually have
time to realize, that this is going to hurt.
When in a fight or flight situation, the amygdala ( the part of the
brain wich controlls primory functions) sends out a rush of adrenalin,
sharpening the sences, allowing us to process information at a much
more rapid speed. So if my some artificial or natural means we could
somehow controll this process, we can fenomenologicly controll time.
Or in other words: bullet time.
So, any thoughts on how this may be acheived?
For are we not gods, blessed with the devine power of creation?

Find a thought ( could be a memory ) that causes your adrenalin to rush . Some times though another trigger is better like fear , cause fear in your self or find a thought that causes fear in you . Some time one needs a more physical stimulus like pain .

To speed up time , easiest way is to forget time . Dont look at the clock and if you are not entertained find thoughts that do entertain you , you can day dream for instance . I find the more detailed or technical the faster time goes by . There are also chemicals that can do this .

Slow down time a lil ? Never did i desire to do that . Hmmm...

Oh for got to jump time sleep with an alarm clock ! some reagents can assist for longer than 10 hour jumps . I dont suggest doing this as time is precious .

BTW you could bind the B4 mentioned thoughts to sigils .

I al particularly interested in bringing time to a staggering hault,
So that I myself, am able to do more, while time around me appears to go by slowly.

When I was about 10 or 11 an old race car driver showed me how to do this sort of thing with breath. The idea is that as you breath in you concentrate on time slowing down. This works best when the adrenalin is pumping like high speed driving. When you start it may take 10 or 20 breaths to get any effect but as you practice this the number of times it takes will go down. It my also be helpful to have someone else guide you in the meditation to begin with. As you progress you will be able do this in one breath and it will give you infinite time decide how to proceed with a stressful situation. A place that I found to practice in a stressful situation that is not life treating is at the end of a video game round just before you have to face the big bad guy to get to the next level.

I also know that this is a type of yoga and you may be able to find an instructor that can work with you on this. The thing with yoga is that there are so many different things that are considered yoga that you will probably have to go to allot of them before you find one that does this sort of thing.

I was thinking this exact same thought a few months ago!!

Be careful though, with the trauma or adrenalin based practises/responses, as prolonged, it changes thewiering of the brain .
This has then a flow on effect on your everyday life , where time concept can become a problem with coping through normal everyday things and activities.
The brain does not know the difference between real danger or imagened danger, so this can become permanent....

Brain is a tool, be careful what you do with it..

Yoga is a better choise, I would say.

Thanks, I`m going to try the yoga, what about quiging, that might work aswell.
I`ve thought about inflicting, small amount of pain, just enough to raise my adrealin levels. Offcourse, this can easily be done by amfetamine, but illigal and harmfull.
I`ve thought about about constructing some sort of aperatus, that can discharge an electrical discharge, thereby releasing adrenaline, just as an experiment offcourse.
