I suggest U read "21st Century Mage" by Jason Newcombe. And ask your HGA to show you the way, and invoke often. Invoke that you invoke correctly (technique). IMO don't be concerned with how long it takes to attain it, just do it correctly. Perfect technique begets perfect results.
