    Default mythos, real or fake

The cthulhu mythos by lovecraft and others.
they speak of a few very interesting grimoire's that may or may not be fictional.
    here are a few: necronomicon
    mysteries of the worm
    pnakotic manuscripts
    book of eibon
    celaeno fragments
    nameless cults
    cults of the ghouls

please tell me your opinion on these books (true or false)[/i]

When Lovecraft wrote about the thing that should not be , he was having a syphalys(?) induced hallusination . To top that off , he was also an avid opium user .

The cthulhu mythos and any works associated with it is fiction! But the magick works. Why? If there is enough energy poured into a thoughtform, it becomes a reality. Read up on servitors, egregores and godforms if you want more info. I have a few good books and stuff on it so lemme know!

the mad arab, the necronomicon, and all other grimores listed in the lovecraftian works are all fiction. but as stated above if enough people believe in something it begins to take on it's own consciousness.

    Real and Fake.

    Like the universe.

If it works use it, if not, ditch it.

    Who cares beyond that?

And why would you all insinuate that drugs somehow tarnish the validity of claims made? Especially into the other world, in which we don't' really have a clue as to what it is?

I have a question, perhaps more of a philosophical one- According to the Mad Arab, ENKI is the creator of man, so according to him, would Enki then be the same god as the God of the Abrahamic religions? I understand that this is a work of fiction, but it's something to think about...

ENKI is not the same as YHVH.

The only parallel is that they created man.

On Drugs: Everything that we experience is real. Our brain is made of chemicals and shows us the world through chemicals. Drugs just show us a different world. There is no reality, not an objective one at least, nothing concrete. So drug trips are just as valid as being awake, dreaming, dead, or any other state of being.

In my world at least, yours might be different.
