Why aren't you my friend anymore? Anyway, here's that poem I wrote about confronting obnoxious spirits. I hope you like it!

Be nice or leave, obey the rule
provoking me you are a fool
your little life is history
about to be a mystery
the carrion will feed the flies
as history, deserted, cries
I am the worm it is my day
to feast upon you as you lay
I challenge you, unwary snack
before there is no turning back
no place for you inside my heart
I'll come to tear your soul apart
a shame to let you go to waste
just let me have a little taste
upturn my welcome mat renounced
you're on my lips as I denounce
you're tempting me, when will you learn
you play with fire, prepare to burn!

Astragalus is the strongest thing for this, so is ginger, ginseng, and turmeric. Consuming them will give you more chi. Me, I scratch and bite without even trying but when I have tried, I have done some serious damage. I am one of those people that most ghosts avoid if they know what's good for them. I can be nice, too, however.
