  2. (and that would be like programming myself to think brussel sprouts taste like candy.. somehow it just doesn't seem right)
  3. nah it's not under control, i can manipulate a little sometimes.. try a meditation: "it's just a fight or flight response that tells you not to trust large groups of people".. or when you feel it coming over you stop what you're doing and close your eyes and feel the energy, meditate on: "the anxiety is a passing storm or maybe it's an earthquake.. whatever.. feel it shake your body, your emotions, things around you just remain grounded until it subsides or calms down.." i got a bunch of little techniques but other than those i think i would have to reprogram myself (ie: hypnosis to feel invigoration instead of anxiety) or something to completely overcome it.

  7. By SA i meant social anxiety, do you have it?
  8. SA as in sleep apnea? that has only happened to me on rare occasions either after or during intense dreaming.
