    To the best of my knowledge, he's just a particularly nasty entity from the Dresden Files, a series that I love. There's also a "He who walks behind the rows" in Stephen King's Children of the Corn, but that's unrelated. No, I just picked the name because I like Jim Butcher's books.

    Tell me, as you would most assuredly know, is he who walks behind a being of true significance? I am acquainted with the only through a work of fiction called the Dresden Files, which references him. Does he have historical merit?
