One thing I see no one has mentioned is a dream catcher. Anyone will do. Just be sure to purify it when you get it home and then hang it in a West facing window of your home. Most people say that this isn't necessary but if you know the lore behind it, it completely is. A dream catcher is put in a West facing window because as you sleep the dreams enter your home through the dream catcher, bad ones are caught in the web while good ones are allowed through the center circle. In the morning as the sun rises (from the West) the bad dreams that were caught in the web are destroyed by the first rays of sunlight.

early within the time period I became so tired of it myself that I tried to keep myself awake at nights. I tried silly things, like taking sleep pills hoping that the sleep would be dreamless...you all get the picture.

My dreams ranged from brutal graphic deaths (myself and my loved ones), raping of my gf, tragedy, failure, betrayal and humiliation.

these dreams are far too much and too vivid to discuss in one post, however they involve a lot of blood. A lot of myself being weak and helpless to the situation.
If anyone would like to know some of my dreams more vividly discussed then tell me...I simply just want to know why I have dreamt so much and how to stop them...if they can.
Feel obliged to stay awake when you were young?

Really brutal dreams of graphic violence can sometimes signify an expression of your free will. Especially if you don't assosciate the dreams as nightmares or positive experiences. It would follow for you to consider: what do you express in your dreams that you don't feel you do otherwise?

Some people do say, I worry too much....could that be a problem.

Finding a dreamcatcher where i live would be rather difficult. Is there any chance I could possibly make one? Or is that out of the question?

Sure, if you answer my questions I could perhaps provide more help to you too.

Do your dreams feel like nightmares? I mean, how do you wake up feeling after each one?

Coffee, I'm sure you could make yourself one without much issue though I'm not sure of the specifics on how to make it; that could be readily found online anyways so I don't see that as an issue, google does amazing things. If you're not feeling as arts and crafty though after seeing the process to make it I would say you could most assuredly find one online to buy and have shipped to your residence. I think it's also important to note that if you DO make the dream catcher be sure to find some type of Native American site that is instructing you on how to do so as it will probably have the most accurate process to creating one than any other site since you're use is actually magickal and not aesthetic like most people use them for these days. The dream catcher I have was bought for me by my grandfather and though I've never cleansed it nor do I know where he got it from, I can honestly say I have not had a bad dream or nightmare since I was very little. I just don't want you to create a dream catcher from some arts and crafts website that leads you in the wrong direction of creation and ultimately doesn't have any effect what-so-ever.

Whoa. The worse feeling in the world. My dreams do feel like nightmares.

When I was new to it...I used to feel the pain when I awoke. Got me sick to my stomach, the visions the feelings had me vomiting. Some days I couldnt' even move. Parents thought I was sickly for a while. Doctor told me my resistance was low and that my blood pressure was low too...

Recently though...I..just feel like I know I'm dreaming these nightmares, but at the last minute I doubt myself because it feels so real and goes on for so long... I begin to accept it and then it's like I get sucked straight back into my room in my body.

Now that feeling, I haven't grown accustomed to.

    To Tanemis....
I guess I could buy one online. I just don't really want my parents to stick their noses in this particular type of business. i will look into it however. Thank you for the suggestion.
