    Default Nightmarish Dreams

    Hello all...

For the last two - three years, I have had a consistent amount of nightmarish dreams. I am not exaggerating the figure. It has taken quite a toll on my health and I have gone way beyond the point of people getting fed up of hearing my stories.
early within the time period I became so tired of it myself that I tried to keep myself awake at nights. I tried silly things, like taking sleep pills hoping that the sleep would be dreamless...you all get the picture.

My dreams ranged from brutal graphic deaths (myself and my loved ones), raping of my gf, tragedy, failure, betrayal and humiliation.

these dreams are far too much and too vivid to discuss in one post, however they involve a lot of blood. A lot of myself being weak and helpless to the situation.
If anyone would like to know some of my dreams more vividly discussed then tell me...I simply just want to know why I have dreamt so much and how to stop them...if they can.

I would say something like "I respect your power, but I do not fear you" in your head at a steady rythem (mantra) with the intent of directly speaking to your unconcios mind as your going to sleep. In fact try to induce a nightmare, perhaps by visualizing past nightmares as you say the mantra. Hopefully you will be in a corageous mindset when the nightmare is induced, due to the mantra, and you will be able to resolve the issue. I wouldn't avoid sleeping or fear nightmares because your mind obviosoly thinks something needs to be resolved and it probably never will be if you shy away from it.

there can be a whole slew of reasons for it. can anyone really say why you dream such, for there can be a number of mundane and spiritual attacks(other or self) for these dreams.

for any to help you there must be more background, and your surroundings for a time, even then nothing is assured.

Is there no indication for such dreams?

    Well I don't know Zero, I mean...
The same time these things started happening I started to black out during the day...I've gotten over the blacking out...but the dreams did stay.

Also, that shadow person that I mentioned before in another post...once that started to arrive, the nightmares just took a turn for the whole lot worse really.
I am a pessimistic person most of the time....(most being key)...and my life seems to be okay...i'm the only exception to the rule really....

Have you talked to any one else about this? especially the blackouts. Have you any idea of why these things are happening?

how did you overcome the blackout?

I did speak to some of my friends about the blackout, my gf and at one point I did see a doctor about it. He told me that I was under stress and put me on vitamins!
Needless to say, it didn't work...

By gettin these blackouts so often, I was able to sense when I was getting one and actually (by trial and error), kept myself conscious through the process. I could then know the exact point I was going to lose consciousness...and I don't know...I was able to ..."spark?" myself back to waking.

I'm using my terms of course, I don't know if there is some method to explain this in the occult...Eventually, it became a reflex for me...

And no, no idea at all why these things happened...

It is good you have learned to control the blackouts, though would it not be a good thing to know the source. a psychiatrist may help or a psychiatrist versed in hypnosis may even be better.

If these are magic or supernatural in nature, protection spells will help, though protection only blocks the attack but does not stop it.

Me being a channel. I honestly wouldn't know.

Although, would being able to sense like people's intentions and emotions lead anything into that direction?

I do seem to know...more like feel when people are distressed, content, lying and in some cases dangerous. It's never failed me and I often thought it was my instinct.

hmmm, this is interesting. You could be just taking on to much of other people's problems either magickally or through a mundane sense of empathy. You should do something for yourself, let you know you like you and put off taking on other peoples energy for awhile. Obviosoly you may be doing this without concios control, that's where the occult comes in. Knowing the unknown is just as much about understanding unconcious desires and actions as it is about those of the cosmos.
