Thank you for agreeing with my post, by the way. I know from my own experience that it's easy to get overwhelmed with things, and have your overall effectiveness suffer as a result. Think big, start small, and build.

@Ghost of Shaolin: I admit that last weekend I read a lot, all forums and threads and then from monday I tried to focuse (still in process) so I understand your advice.
But I think it is the same with most of things. Lets say that I am very very hungry and I am going to the restaurant and make an order. Sure I'll order too much food...

Yes, I think you're probably right there, and it is definitely that way with most things. The traditional Daoist approach is to never be too full, and that includes eating. But, I don't always follow that either. And sometimes, the best thing to do is "empty" our heads of all the readings, advice and information we're given too.
