Thread: The new guy.

Soo... after watching the movie Paranormal activity 2, and getting my mind stuck on the part where the teenager finds that when a person seals a deal with a demon for wealth, power and infinite hamburgers- a first born male's life(probably soul too) in the succeeding line is to be taken, if the demon fails doing that to the first one (first lol from me- oh come on, would it really be so hard to kill a human) then he will maybe probably make scary faces upon the next male, or the next, or whatever. Now this seemed like utter bullshit, so I decided to do some googling and found wikipedia to be short on words to say the least.
Not too much later i found this forum... not that i hadn't been reading about occult-ity, i hope READING what was labeled as the satanic bible does not necessarily make me a bad guy and condemn my soul to eternal suffering.

but this stuff seems interesting enough to read on.


General understanding of what you people are talking about will probably take a while.
I am trying to be a ''True neutral'' kind of guy for the time being. No rituals, no funny stuff, except maybe replacing that local ethnic protection amulet that my quite chaotic mangy beast with glowing green eyes has ripped to shreds (it was made of plant parts) as he tends to do with everything that isnt big enough... like a door or a monitor. oh yea... maybe i could be looking for a means to make that cute black neutered piece of awesome a little bit more civilised.

and no im not trolling on the cat part.

im 20, straight. somewhere in europe... well yea basically a gamer who is looking for something outside of gaming to look at, analyze and .. oh yea.. is slaughtering pixels considered evil? or just plain stupid? actually any enlightenment on what i am and why am i doing it wrong is appreciated- just point at the threads i should read, some other online resources on ''le truth'' or what not.

There is plenty here to read and learn from, but you will have to work out for yourself what interests you, rather than being guided, as you are the only one that can truly guide yourself since you know yourself the best.
Start off with something and take it from there, for example you mention good / evil. Have a look at what threads there are about the subject, etc..

First may I alert you to this. Magic in games, films and books is quite often completely different from real magic. Welcome and good luck. If your looking for a nuetral point to start from, may I suggest wicca, seeing as you want protection and "white" magick. May I say I use this term loosely, but begginers to magick tend to find the ideas of "white, black and grey" magick easier to cope with.
