    Default Hello comparing magik practices

Hello i have studied a very little known form of magic, that is based on the idea that everything around us is created from 10 elements and that each of the elements has its own laws. One of the elements is called matter, and its laws can be described by chemistry. Actually I believe this system is similar to other forms, it just uses different words. I would very much enjoy comparing what i have learned in this practice , to what someone else who has studied a different form of magic, and is also looking for comparisons it to a different type.

Hello and welcome. All systems have similarities and use different terminology, and you'll find they have more in common than not. Traditional Chinese cosmogony/cosmology utilizes the Five Element system (seven if you count Air and Wuji, which correspond to Metal and Wood), but can be interpreted as having ten elements, as there are Yin and Yang aspects of each.
