    Default Concentration Techniques

So a little background really fast. I am currently being kicked out of the Army because I picked up an immune disease in Iraq my first trip back in 2006 where my immune system creates too many histimines (sp?) now. Literally, I've been itching for 3 years, every day, all day.

I tried meditating some last night because I'm hoping to train myself to put the itching into my subconcious and not even feel it as this is something that I will have to live with for the rest of my life. The only problem was, as I was doing the breathing, thinking "in, out, in, out" and focusing on the location of my pituitary gland I couldn't help but be distracted by the itching some where on my body.

Does anyone have some kind of concentration helping technique or some kind of advice?

I have tried probably physically every cream and every anti-itch pill the Army could supply me with over the last 3 years. They have litterally run out of drugs to put me on which is why they are medically discharging me from the Army. Creams can't negate it nor can pills. The only thing I can think of that is more powerful than the itching is my mind.

try a warm bath in apple cider vinegar and warm water, never hot it will cause you to itch more, gold bond medicated powder helps, and there is a gel carried by KV health links called skin gel, it comes in two sizes. a histamine vitamin is also good, and benadryl can help. See all the itching go away from your skin in a box, and mentally blow the box up. Light a white candle and ask the Goddess Tara to help you.
