    The OBE expereinces I once had I am finding very hard to now trigger.

    I found I could Astral project when I was straved of sleep I would do this by setting my Alarm on my digital watch to off around 2.5 to 3 hours from the time I climbed into bed... Once the alarm sounds, turn it off, walk to your bath room, splash some cold water on your face, then return to bed, when you lay down you and go to close your eyes you will feel your body sinking and your mind sort of shutting down, like almost falling right back into sleep, at this point I found it easiest to seperate my Astral self with my physical self, I told my self the body is a Vehicle and I am stepping out, I then would rise from my physical frame.

    It feels at first like you are connected by elastic and you may be pulled back in and that may cause your body to jolt and the experience to end... This is the point I am stuck at again now...
