Eh. Fox hunting is fine as long as the fox populations stay stable. It should be used as a way to reduce growing numbers to off set starvation.

Foxes are resilient little buggers and fast breeders. Anyway my understanding of the traditional fox hunt was that it was not so much about actually bagging a fox as it was a chance to get out with your friends and socialize. I mean a fox is not stupid you're not catching it with loud dogs and horses unless you just run it to ground. Then again fox hunting is a uniquely British brand of hunting. Here in the States it's about camouflage and stealth and masking your scent. Traditional fox hunts have you dressing in bright red, riding a horse, with a pack of dogs in front of you.

I think an excessive preoccupation with animal rights is unhealthy. Don't get me wrong I'm not for being deliberately cruel to animals for no reason at all but, the definition of cruelty is very broad these days.

ever see rats over flow barns we have the ability to fix what we create, politics and fun. people like to hunt and when somthing gets too bloated we kill it, but from past mistakes we dont extinct it.

fox hunting to balance out the eco is fine by me.

and manipulate the world around him and use it for his benefit.

I would say that the animal rights movement has gone a bit to far +cough+pet+cough+

Humans are on a different level from animals, thus certain things like, hunting, zoos, pets ect, is not "crule" though the peta nuts would have you think it was.

Never thought I say this but I agree with her. I once built up a connection with an animal, the it was run over. My daimon took the brunt of this mental pain but I felt the fear, the pain, then the cold hard emptiness of death...
