Rushing blood and pulsing

Okay, when i'm meditating and begin to absorb energy. I now hear and feel rushing in my ears and head. Plus i feel a pulsing, mostly in my ear area, fairly slow steady pulse along with the sound of my blood flowing. It's been happening for awhile now, I don't think i've had this happen before, at least not consistently, and never near as intense as its getting. Am i perhaps simply becoming able to hear my bodies vascular system? It side tracks me quite a bit, because after the pulses the rushing sound and feeling itself can become quite intense emmitting and constant sound. Nothing seems wrong with any of this, other than im not sure what is happening?

overweight? i wish lol, not even close. I'm not in as great of shape i used to be ie. i dont run anymore, but im sure i dont got high blood pressure. I'll talk you through it i guess.

K, sitting, relaxing a bit. Then i close my eyes quite down my brain for a bit, its all fine. If i try right then to do thrid eye or crown its all good. But then when i start absorbing energy from around me, usually before chakra work, i start to hear it. I do my chakra work first now because the intensity kinda worries me. When i say absorb energy i mean i start by visualization, and feeling it, to expierencing it.

Right now, i can kinda produce the same thing for a second by flexing something near my ear drums, im not sure what, i just noticed that i can do this lol.

But when im meditating its like a constant flowing/rushing sound, like when you cup your hand around your ear or stick it in a shell. And as i absorb more, it gets more intense, in sound and feeling, and it begins to pulse. Kinda like whatever i just discovered in my ears, is pulsing or flexing on its own. I stop the exercises and just sit their, but the rushing and pulsing continues for awhile on its own. This is a physical feeling. I'm trying to remember when i've had this happen before in normal life. I think it's what happens when you get angry to the point of violent rage actually. You get enraged and then the blood flowing through your ears blocks out the sound around you. It's been a long time since i've got that mad so i'm not sure. But i think that's where this has happened before. I don't think i've ever expierenced it as intense as i get it now from meditations.
