Does anyone know of a spell to make me respect my body more? I need will power to keep healthy, but i cant seem to get it. Im very demotivated lately. Any ideas? Thank you ;)

I tried so many times before. I always wind up loosing it because of ''external'' factors. You know, something goes wrong around me and all my power is gone.:( I might try meditation
Whether you use spellwork, meditative practice, sigils, etc. YOU are still the one doing it. Like Iza said, spells and things can be crutches. Access a meditative state, and do what you need to do "physically" there. You're still the one doing the work, and you'll have to do things physically, but you may have less subconscious resistance to doing what you need to.
What exactly is it that you want to do? Do you want to add things to your life, like more exercise, or remove them, like smoking, or change something, like your diet?Quote:

I see- the physical condition probably causes problems with exercise, I'm guessing?
Magically- try creating an image of yourself as how you want to be- strong, determined, lots of willpower! Don't rush it, make sure it's a good, solid, properly three dimentional image of yourself.
Then, absorb it into yourself. Make it be you, and you become it.
Whenever you're in a situation that makes you feel bad, and want to eat, remember that you're not the person who does that- you are strong and determined. You made yourself that way.
On a more mundane level, remove temptation- get rid of any food that doesn't fit with the new, stronger you and try not to buy any more.
There'll be a few slip-ups, but don't get angry with yourself- if you fall off the wagon just get back on again.

Btw, how do you create a servitor? Ive heard about this a lot before but im completely blank on how to create it. Is it a bit like making a sigil?...:o
And the most important question, how do you get rid of a servitor once you dont need it anymore?
